What is TaxFiji?
TaxFiji is an AI-powered accounting platform built specifically for Fiji businesses. Scan receipts, send invoices and quotations, track expenses, and generate FRCS-ready VAT returns — with a qualified CPA able to review your books.
Do I need accounting experience to use it?
No. TaxFiji is designed for business owners, not just accountants. Everyday tasks like scanning a receipt or sending an invoice take seconds, and reports are generated for you automatically.
How does the 1-month free trial work?
You get full access to all features during the 1-month free trial with no credit card required to start. You won't be charged until the trial ends, and you can cancel anytime and keep your data.
How accurate is the AI receipt scanning?
Our AI reads printed, thermal, and handwritten receipts and extracts the supplier, date, amounts, TIN, and VAT automatically. You can always review and edit the extracted details before saving.
Is TaxFiji FRCS compliant?
Yes. The system is built around Fiji's tax rules, including VAT returns and FRCS-ready reporting. VAT rates are configurable per business so your records stay correct as rates change.
Can I pay with M-PAiSA?
Yes. Subscription payments can be made through M-PAiSA and other supported gateways. Your full payment credentials are handled by the payment provider — we don't store them.
Is my data secure?
We use encryption in transit, secure password hashing, and business-level access controls so your records are only visible to authorised users of your business. See our Privacy Policy for full details.
Can more than one person use the same business?
Depending on your plan, you can add team members with their own logins, and a qualified accountant can review your books on your behalf.
Can I manage more than one business?
Yes — on plans that include multi-business management you can switch between businesses from a single account.
How do I cancel?
You can cancel anytime from your account. Your data remains available to you, subject to any statutory record-keeping requirements in Fiji.
